Walnut high-speed disperser
Pipeline emulsifier is driven by an electric motor through a belt drive to rotate the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) at high speed. The processed material is pressurized by its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump) to generate a downward spiral impact force. When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (adjustable gap) of the emulsifier, it is subjected to strong physical effects such as shear force, friction force, high-frequency vibration, etc., effectively emulsifying, dispersing and crushing the material, achieving the effect of ultrafine crushing and emulsification of the material.

The third level consists of three-level sawtooth protrusions and grooves with increasing precision. The stator can be infinitely adjusted to the desired distance between it and the rotor. Under enhanced fluid turbulence, grooves can change direction at each stage.
第2The stage is composed of a stator. The design of the dispersing head also effectively meets the needs of substances with different viscosities and particle sizes. The difference in the design of the stator and rotor (emulsifying head) between online and batch machines is mainly due to the requirements for conveying performance. It is particularly important to note that the difference between coarse precision, medium precision, fine precision, and other types of working heads is not only the arrangement of rotor teeth, but also an important difference in the geometric characteristics of different working heads.
SGNWorking principle of multifunctional three-level high shear emulsifier:
Multi functional three-stage pipeline high shear emulsifierIt is the process of efficiently, quickly, and uniformly transferring one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible with each other. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the strong kinetic energy brought by the high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the materials are subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspension (solid/liquid), lotion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid).
