Mainly used for long-term vibration monitoring of large rotating units in industries such as thermal power generation, metallurgy, steel, petroleum, and chemical.

The sensor is an inertial sensor that uses the principle of magneto electric induction to convert vibration signals into voltage signals, which are proportional to the vibration velocity value.
Speed sensors can be used to measure the vibration of bearing shells or structures (relative to inertial space). It is directly installed outside the machine, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain.
Measuring the vibration of the bearing seat can provide meaningful information for the comprehensive performance evaluation of rotating or reciprocating machinery.
The machines that can measure the vibration of the bearing seat using vibration velocity sensors include: machines with rolling bearings; Mechanical sliding bearings with oil film.
Performance characteristics:
1. The output signal is proportional to the vibration velocity, which can be used in the fields of high-frequency, mid frequency, and low-frequency vibration measurement, and meets the requirements of the current standard (ISO) for evaluating parameters of rotating machines.
Compared to other types of vibration sensors, sensors have lower output impedance and better signal-to-noise ratio. It can work in conjunction with a general AC voltmeter or oscilloscope, and has no special requirements for output plugs and cables, making it easy to use.
3. The sensor has a lower frequency of use and can be applied to low-speed rotating machines.
4. The sensor design eliminates frictional moving elements, resulting in good flexibility and the ability to measure small vibrations (0.01mm).
5. The sensor has a certain resistance to lateral vibration (not greater than 10g peak value).

TM36004-XX circular magnetic suction mounting base is used for the installation of vibration sensors, with optional installation bolt threads. Equipped with a two core US military standard connector (MIL-C-5015 aviation plug), with a protection level of IP65, compatible with sensors such as Bentley and Xinchuan. Attention: For the signal connection cable from the sensor to the monitor, it is recommended to use 18-22AWG braided shielded cable with a connection length not exceeding 300 meters. The shielding layer is connected to the signal ground or SHLD at the monitor end. Parallel wiring of signal cables, power supply cables, control cables, and signal connection cables with high interference should be avoided. Cables and terminals with corresponding identification should be connected. Note: The installation, use, and calibration of sensors must strictly comply with the relevant content of the product manual. Install, use, and verify the sensor in the X-axis (horizontal) and Y-axis (vertical) directions. Require that the installation location has equal amplitude rotor vibration transmission. Incorrect installation can cause a decrease in the amplitude and phase response of the sensor, and can result in the generation of signals that do not represent the actual machine vibration. Install on the machine casing (box) to determine an installation position, requiring the surface to be as smooth as possible, and open a threaded hole until the thread is tightened. If the machine does not have a suitable installation plane, a mounting base with certain strength can be welded or bolted onto the machine casing (box) to install the sensor on this base. Do not directly impact the sensor with gravity or drop it; It may cause damage and shorten the service life. Environmental protection measures should be taken for the connecting cables according to the on-site environment. When the sensor experiences voltage output drift or instability during use, the following steps should be taken: check if all connection parts are securely fastened, if the circuit connections are normal, and if the shielding layer is reliably grounded at the monitor end; Check if the surrounding environment of the sensor exceeds the operating temperature range, resulting in unstable output; Use a multimeter to check the terminal of the connecting wire (resistance range). If there is no conductivity, it indicates poor connection of the circuit or damage to the sensor.

Before installing and using the sensor, or after one usage cycle, the sensitivity and output linearity of the sensor must be verified using a vibration calibration table to check whether the sensor performance meets the measurement requirements.
