Integrated vibration and temperature transmitter JX73ST-40-A-85 for coal crusher
It mainly consists of three parts: X horizontal vibration measurement, Z vertical vibration measurement, and bearing temperature measurement. Internally packaged are two accelerometers manufactured by the American company Krix, with a low-frequency response of up to 0Hz and a resolution of up to 0.1mg. The performance is stable and reliable, and it can withstand an instantaneous impact of 5000g acceleration. The acceleration signal is filtered by narrowband filtering and shock suppression, converted into vibration displacement through hardware integration circuit, and then processed through peak to peak operation circuit and V/I conversion circuit to finally output a standard 4-20mA current signal proportional to the peak to peak value of vibration displacement. The temperature measurement uses Pt100 platinum resistance as the sensing element, which is encapsulated in a probe with a compression spring to ensure temperature transfer between the Pt100 platinum resistance and the bearing. The circuit part adopts high-precision instrument operational amplifiers to accurately and reliably measure bearing temperature.
The JX73ST-40-A-85 integrated dual axis housing vibration temperature transmission sensor uses an integrated acceleration sensor as the detection element. Integrated acceleration sensor is composed of acceleration sensitive components, conversion, measurement, and amplification circuits fabricated by micro machining on a polycrystalline silicon. It adopts advanced microelectronic processing technology and capacitive measurement principle, and can measure acceleration from DC to 2kHz within ± 1g to ± 50g. It has excellent stability, reliability, and strong resistance. The acceleration signal detected by the JX73ST-40-A-85 integrated dual axis housing vibration temperature transmission sensor is subjected to low-pass filtering, secondary integration, peak to peak operation, and V/I conversion to output a standard 4-20mA vibration displacement peak to peak current signal.
