Basic principle:
The JX73ST-40-A-50 integrated dual axis housing vibration temperature transmission sensor uses an integrated acceleration sensor as the detection element. Integrated acceleration sensor is composed of acceleration sensitive components, conversion, measurement, and amplification circuits fabricated by micro machining on a polycrystalline silicon. It adopts advanced microelectronic processing technology and capacitive measurement principle, and can measure acceleration from DC to 2kHz within ± 1g to ± 50g. It has excellent stability, reliability, and strong resistance. The acceleration signal detected by the HT73ST integrated dual axis housing vibration temperature transmission sensor is subjected to low-pass filtering, secondary integration, peak to peak operation, and V/I conversion to output a standard 4-20mA vibration displacement peak to peak current signal.
