CPU unit design

Integrated 24V load power supply: can be directly connected to sensors and transmitters (actuators), CPU 221, 222 has an output of 180mA, while CPU 224 and CPU 226 output 280400mA respectively. It can be used as a load power supply.

Different types of devices

CPUs 221~226 each have two types of CPUs with different power supply voltages and control voltages.

Local digital input/output points

CPU 221 has 6 input points and 4 output points, CPU 222 has 8 input points and 6 output points, and CPU 224 has 14 input points and 10 output points. CPU 226 has 24 input points and 16 output points.

Interrupt input

Allow for rapid response to the rising edge of process signals.

High-speed counter

1. Do not connect the AC power cord to the input terminal to avoid burning out the PLC; The grounding terminal should be independently grounded and not connected in series with the grounding terminals of other equipment. The cross-sectional area of the grounding wire should not be less than 2mm2;
2. The auxiliary power supply has a small power output and can only drive low-power devices such as photoelectric sensors;
3. Some PLCs have a certain number of occupied points (i.e. empty address terminal blocks), do not connect the wires;

When there is no protection in the PLC output circuit, protective devices such as fuses should be connected in series in the external circuit to prevent damage caused by load short circuits.
