Overview
The programmable PLC control cabinet has protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection. It has a compact structure, stable operation, and complete functions. It can be combined according to the actual control size, which can achieve automatic control of a single cabinet or form a distributed control system (DSC) through industrial Ethernet or industrial fieldbus network for multiple cabinets.
Product Details
  Features of Programmable PLC Control Cabinet:
① High reliability and strong anti-interference ability. PLC, with a microcontroller as its core, adopts a series of anti-interference measures in hardware and software, and can be directly installed in industrial sites to work stably and reliably. At present, the average time of PLC can reach over 300000 hours.
② Strong control function. PLC has functions of logical judgment, counting, timing, analog/digital (A/D) and digital/analog (D/A) conversion, which can complete the control and adjustment of analog quantities, perform data transmission, comparison and logical operations, arithmetic operations and power operations, as well as logical arithmetic shift and data retrieval; Conversion, etc; PLCs can be connected to computers, printers, and multiple PLCs for mutual communication, centralized management, and decentralized control.
③ Programming is convenient, easy to master and use. PLC adopts ladder diagram programming similar to relay circuits, which is intuitive and easy to understand.
  Programmable PLC control cabinetMaintenance and upkeep:
1. Data backup
When conducting maintenance, it is essential to shut down the power supply. Data backup during power outages is an important step. For data that requires long-term archiving, historical trend data can be backed up to a portable hard drive, and then the Windows based operating system can be shut down (pay attention to saving) to record the internal parameters of the controller.
2. Turn off the power
After the data backup is completed, perform the operation of pulling the switch. First, turn off the protection switches of each subordinate controller. When disconnecting the main switch and powering on, the order is reversed. It is best to add a safety lock to prevent accidents caused by accidental power transmission.
3. Appearance and environmental inspection
Check whether the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment are reasonable, whether there is a large amount of dust on the components, and test the insulation of the system. You can use a shaking table to test the insulation of the equipment.
4. Cleaning of control cabinet
Before cleaning, it is best to cover electronic components with heat dissipation holes such as PLCs and frequency converters to prevent dust from entering and affecting the operation of the components. Only a vacuum cleaner can be used, and compressed air cannot be used for blowing. Compressed air will blow dust and moisture into the components, causing a short circuit.
5. Check if each circuit is loose
It is necessary to check the looseness of the circuit. Once the circuit is loose, it will cause the controller to malfunction due to poor contact and easily burn out the circuit.
6. Component inspection
Check if all components are working properly, and replace them promptly if they are damaged.
Notes:
1. Safety first: Turn off the power before disassembling the equipment and pay attention to safety;
2. Be careful not to leave dust everywhere when cleaning the electrical cabinet;
3. Mark all the places that have been touched and pay attention to observation, such as some wires being reconnected and some wire noses being re pressed. It is necessary to observe whether there are any problems in these places after the equipment is put back into operation.
