Multi functional PLC servo driverIntroduction:

Suitable for typical industries such as packaging, food production, CNC cutting, textiles, machine tools, woodworking carving, etc., it integrates multiple intelligent control theories, current response, humanized operation methods and parameter design, achieving a minimum of parameter adjustment free, greatly reducing the technical requirements for operators, minimizing the complexity of coordination with the upper computer, and completing on-site assembly, debugging, and operation in a short period of time.

This series of drivers has precise positioning, fast response, good rigidity, and strong anti-interference. The flexible design concept of software and hardware expansion enables this series of servos to be flexibly extended and applied to different industries, while meeting the working requirements of multiple key industries and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Typical applications:

Packaging, food production, CNC cutting, textile, machine tools, woodworking carving, etc

Multi functional PLC servo drivermaintain:

1. Cooling fan

The power module of the frequency converter is the most severe heat generating component, and the heat generated by its continuous operation must be discharged in a timely manner. The lifespan of a typical fan is about 20kh to 4Okh. According to the continuous operation of the frequency converter, the fan needs to be replaced every 3-5 years to avoid malfunctions caused by poor heat dissipation.

2. Filter capacitor

Intermediate circuit filtering capacitor: also known as electrolytic capacitor, the function of this capacitor is to filter out the voltage ripple after rectification, decouple between rectification and inverter to eliminate mutual interference, and provide necessary reactive power for the motor. It has to withstand a large pulse current, so its service life is short. Because it needs to store energy during operation, it must be powered on for a long time. The heat generated by its continuous operation and the heat generated by the inverter itself will accelerate the drying of its electrolyte, directly affecting its capacity. Under normal circumstances, the service life of capacitors is 5 years. It is recommended to regularly check the capacitance once a year. Generally, if the capacitance decreases by more than 20%, it should be replaced.

3. The use of preservatives

Due to the production characteristics of some companies, the concentration of corrosive gases in each electrical MCC room is too high, resulting in corrosion damage to many electrical equipment (including frequency converters).

To solve the above problems, an air conditioning system can be installed, using positive pressure fresh air to improve environmental conditions. To reduce the corrosion of components on circuit boards by corrosive gases, frequency converter manufacturers can also be required to perform anti-corrosion processing on the circuit boards and spray anti-corrosion agents after maintenance, effectively reducing the failure rate of frequency converters and improving their efficiency.

4. Dust removal for frequency converters: Depending on the usage environment, frequency converters should be regularly inspected for accumulated dust in the cooling channels and circuit boards. Generally, they should be cleaned every six months, and at least once a year, to ensure good heat dissipation and avoid faults caused by poor heat dissipation.
