SXY4S-19C-02-Z Liquid Level Adjustment Monitoring Instrument
It is an electric contact type liquid level measurement, display, and control instrument composed of liquid level measurement sensors, ultra pure ceramic electrodes, and display instruments. It uses a red green dual color light-emitting tube to simulate steam (red) and water (green) in the display, clearly indicating the position of the liquid level in the container, and has functions such as over limit alarm and output.
The monitoring device has the advantages of simple structure, intuitive display, reliable operation, low maintenance, and convenient diagnosis and troubleshooting. It adopts all electric signal transmission, which not only has a small delay, but also has no variation or scale error caused by mechanical transmission, and does not require error calculation and adjustment. The advantage of an electric contact level gauge is that it can adapt to variable parameter operation of the boiler. Under variable parameter operating conditions such as boiler start and stop, the instrument can accurately display the water level in the control room.
The liquid level monitoring instrument is suitable for measuring and controlling the liquid level of conductive liquids. Mainly used for monitoring the water level of boiler bubbles, high and low pressure heaters, deaerators, evaporators, condensers, DC boiler start-up separators, and other water tanks for liquid level measurement. But not suitable for flammable and explosive environments.

The display part of the instrument adopts both analog display and digital display methods, which intuitively and instantly display the rise and fall of the water level.

It has the functions of sound and light alarm for liquid level exceeding the limit and multiple types of alarm selection. The position of the alarm point can be set arbitrarily within the scale range of the ruler.
This instrument has the function of automatic judgment and tracking of water resistance. It can test each electrode separately and display the water resistance (vapor resistance) value of each point, allowing you to detect and judge whether the electrode is working normally in a timely manner, helping you decide whether the entire electrode needs to be cleaned or replaced, and providing adjustment parameters for the critical face value of the gas-liquid system.
It has strong fault tolerance. Due to the use of intelligent water level recognition technology, the instrument can still display the correct water level value in case of individual electrode abnormal operation, and immediately display the abnormal electrode on the panel ruler in a flashing form to remind you to perform maintenance and replacement, overcoming the defect of old-fashioned instrument electrodes that can only be detected after damage.
Strong resistance, advanced digital filtering technology is adopted for the input link, and the electrode state judgment function with hysteresis is used to greatly improve the reliability and resistance of the instrument. The output link adopts delayed alarm to prevent false alarm in the case of instantaneous strong interference.
