Compared with the U series servo, the W series provides a high-frequency response of 400Hz (250Hz for the U series) and the highest rotational speed of 5000rpm (4500rpm for the U series)
Positioning servo driver settings:
1. Set the internal torque limit value of the servo motor;
2. The set value is the percentage of rated torque;
3. At any time, this restriction effectively locates the completion range;
4. Set the pulse range for positioning completion under the position control mode;
5. This parameter provides the basis for the driver to determine whether the positioning has been completed under the position control mode. When the remaining number of pulses in the position deviation counter is less than or equal to the set value of this parameter, the driver considers the positioning to be completed and the position switch signal is ON, otherwise it is OFF;
6. When in position control mode, output position positioning completion signal and acceleration/deceleration time constant;
7. The set value represents the acceleration time of the motor from 0 to 2000r/min or the deceleration time from 2000 to 0r/min;
8. The acceleration and deceleration characteristics are a linear range of arrival speeds;
9. Set the arrival speed;
10. In non position control mode, if the motor speed exceeds the set value, the speed reaches the switch signal ON, otherwise it is OFF;
11. Under position control mode, this parameter is not required;
12. It is independent of the direction of rotation.
Positioning servo driverNotes:
1. The servo drive and motor must be powered off for at least 5 minutes before touching them to prevent electric shock and burns.
2. After the driver malfunction alarm, the fault must be eliminated according to the alarm code before it can be put into use.
3. Before resetting the alarm, it is necessary to confirm that the servo enable signal is invalid to prevent accidents caused by sudden motor start-up.
4. After the alarm has occurred, please troubleshoot according to the alarm code before continuing to use.
