1. Low temperature refrigeration adopts the German 'Grain Wheel' semi enclosed compressor unit (7.5 horsepower x 2). Other refrigeration components such as RANCO from the United States, SPORLAN, ALFLAVAL from Switzerland, DANFOSS from Denmark, CASTEL from Italy, and Eginomiya from Japan. R404A is used for high temperature stage, and R23 environmentally friendly refrigerant is used for low temperature stage. The two stages are connected using Swedish 'Alfa Laval' plate exchangers, and the evaporative condenser serves as both a high-temperature evaporator and a low-temperature condenser.

To ensure the safe operation of the system, high and low voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems need to be installed in the system. At the same time, in order to monitor the operation of the system, high and low pressure gauges must be installed at both high and low voltage ends to monitor the system's operation.

The cooling capacity adjustment adopts the split flow method.

All other refrigeration components are imported from countries such as RANCO, SPORLAN, ALFLAVAL from Switzerland, DANFOSS from Denmark, CASTEL from Italy, and Eginomiya from Japan.

1. System concept: This type of laboratory adopts temperature balance technology (cooling without heating), which uses energy regulation technology to balance temperature control without the need for additional heating during cooling and low-temperature equilibrium. Energy regulation technology, also known as PID control, regulates the flow rate of refrigerant by adjusting the mass of refrigerant entering the evaporator per unit time, in order to control the cooling power and thus control the temperature of the laboratory.

Compared to the previous "balanced temperature control method" of heating and cooling at the same time, the energy consumption is very high. The use of this technology can significantly reduce customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors, saving them a considerable amount of electricity expenses during the product lifecycle (due to actual usage by customers)

3. Refrigeration hardware: The refrigeration cycle system is composed of "Taikang" fully enclosed compressors.

4. Refrigerant: Environmentally friendly refrigerants R404a and R23 are used.
