4.1. Place the packaged outer box on the shaking table so that the distance between the baffle and the outer box is at least 1 "(2.5cm).
4.2. Adjust the vibration frequency of the shaker to 200RPM ± 5RPM.
4.3. The packaged product needs to be shaken for a total of 2 hours, with any side/item (or bottom) of the front (or back) shaken for 40 minutes each.
4.4. After the shock box test is completed, open the box and inspect the sample.
5. Evaluation: If the cartoon box rots or the appearance and function of the product are damaged after the shock box test, it is evaluated as unqualified
