New national standard anti UV tower type UV accelerated aging box
Using a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, the accelerated weather resistance test of the material is conducted by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the results of the material's weather resistance. It can simulate environmental conditions such as UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, it can merge them into a cycle and automatically complete the cycle.
Temperature resolution: 0.1 ℃
Light temperature range: 50 ℃~70 ℃/temperature tolerance is ± 3 ℃
Condensation temperature range: 40 ℃~60 ℃/temperature tolerance of ± 3 ℃
Blackboard thermometer measurement range: 30~80 ℃/tolerance of ± 1 ℃
Sink requirement: The water depth should not exceed 25mm and there should be an automatic water supply controller
Standard specimen size: 75 × 150mm or 150 × 300mm (specified in the special specification contract)
Suggested instrument usage environment: 5-35 ℃, 300mm away from the wall
Application:
1. The weather resistance testing machine is widely used nationwide, and thousands of branded UV aging boxes have been put into use nationwide.
2. It has become the world standard for laboratory accelerated weather resistance testing: compliant with ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, SAE, BS, ANSI, GM, U.S.GOVT and other standards and national standards.
3. Quickly and realistically reproduce the damage caused by sunlight, rain, and dew to materials: in just a few days or weeks
Q8 is used to reproduce the damage that takes months or years to occur outdoors, including fading and discoloration
Decreased color and brightness, powdering, cracking, blurring, brittleness, decreased strength, and oxidation.
4. Reliable aging test data can make accurate phase of the weather resistance (anti-aging) of the product
It is relevant and helpful for the screening and optimization of materials and formulas.
5. Widely used in various industries, such as coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, printing and packaging, and adhesives
Chemicals, automotive and motorcycle industries, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, etc.
