Spray control
1. Spray uniformity adjustment: Using the manual control function of the controller, observe the spray condition in the open door state, and adjust or replace the nozzle accordingly;
2. Spray status monitoring: The machine is equipped with a spray device that simulates temperature fluctuations and rainwater erosion during rain. There are several nozzles in total that spray evenly. The timing and duration of spraying are freely set by the customer;
3. Users need to prepare deionized water with pressure.
4. Compliant with standards:
GB/T14522-2008
GB/T16422.3-1997
Current UV aging test standards such as GB/T16585-96

Product Usage:
The outer shell and inner liner are made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the sample holder is composed of an aluminum alloy frame type base frame liner plate and tension spring. The main controller of the device is an intelligent digital display controller, with a user-friendly operation method that is easy to learn and use, and different functional levels of instruments can be operated interchangeably. The input adopts a digital calibration system with built-in commonly used thermocouples for accurate and stable measurement. Equipped with positional adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, multiple alarm modes
Radiation source: UVA340 (0.68W/m2) ultraviolet fluorescent lamp or UVB313 (0.6W/m2) ultraviolet fluorescent lamp
Although ultraviolet light (UV) only accounts for 5% of sunlight, it is the main lighting factor causing a decrease in outdoor durability. This is because the photochemical reaction of sunlight increases as the wavelength decreases. Therefore, when simulating the destructive effects of sunlight on the physical properties of materials, it is not necessary to reproduce the entire spectrum of sunlight. In some cases, it is only necessary to simulate short wave UV light.
The reason for using UV lamps is that they are more stable than other lamps and can better reproduce test results. Using fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate the effects of light on physical properties, such as decreased brightness, fading, peeling, etc., is a method. Most ultraviolet fluorescent tubes produce ultraviolet light, rather than visible and infrared light.

For certain applications, water spray can better simulate the environmental conditions of final use. Water spraying is very effective in simulating thermal shock or mechanical erosion caused by temperature fluctuations and rainwater erosion. Under certain practical application conditions, such as sunlight, when the accumulated heat rapidly dissipates due to sudden showers, the temperature of the material will undergo a sharp change, resulting in thermal shock, which is a test for many materials. HT-UV water spray can simulate thermal shock and/or stress corrosion. The sprinkler system has 8 nozzles, with 4 on each side of the testing room; The sprinkler system can run for a few minutes and then shut down. This short-term water spray can quickly cool the sample and create conditions for thermal shock.
