In engineering vibration, vibration monitoring is a reliable method for analyzing the operating status and faults of rotating and reciprocating machinery. The main fault phenomena such as rotor imbalance, misalignment of two connected rotors, bearing wear, shaft cracks, and dynamic and static friction between rotor blades and the shell are mainly reflected in changes in vibration amplitude, phase, and frequency, which are the most critical information and easy to measure.
The eddy current displacement sensor probe has the characteristics of high long-term reliability, non-contact measurement, strong resistance, not affected by media such as oil and water, wide application range, and simple structure. High temperature resistance, capable of long-term continuous operation in environments such as oil, water, and steam for non-contact measurement, high sensitivity, wide linear range, fast response speed, strong resistance, and high reliability.
Eddy current probe+extension cable (optional)+330X00 preamplifier. Improved eddy current displacement induction technology, compatible with BENTLY and PHILLIPS eddy current displacement sensor products.
