1、 Zirconia analyzer model

-CY-2C-ISG-1000: Direct insertion type, insertion depth 1000mm, flange downward installation, K-type probe, range 0-25% or 0-20.6%, output 4-20mA.

-CE-2C-ISG-C-SW: Split type, equipped with dedicated cables, may be anti-corrosion or constant temperature type, with a range covering 0-700 ℃ (wall mounted) or higher temperatures.

-CE-2C-SW: Wall mounted, LED/LCD display, constant temperature type (0-700 ℃), output 4-20mA, supports PLC/DCS communication.

-Other models: ISG-C series (such as ISG-C-800/1000/1200), ISG-C-F anti-corrosion type, explosion-proof type MKFB-400-A/H, etc., covering disc mounted, vertical, high temperature type (0-1400 ℃), etc.

-Probe and protective tube:

-The diameter of the zirconia probe is 45-47mm, and the protective tube material can be selected from stainless steel 304/316/316L, silicon carbide (SiC), GH3030/GH3039 alloy, etc.

-Flange specifications: outer diameter 155mm, aperture 130mm, matching short circuit 76mm, attention should be paid to welding sealing.

-Technical parameters:

-Range: 0-25% O ₂, 0-20.6% O ₂; The temperature range is 0-700 ℃ (constant temperature type) and 0-1400 ℃ (high temperature type).

-Output signal: 4-20mA, RS485/RS232, supports PID control, power supply of 220VAC/150W, explosion-proof grade EXdIICT6 (probe diameter φ 51mm).
