1、 Main technical parameters**

1. * * Measurement range**

-Conventional range: 0-25% O ₂ (some models can be extended to 0.05% -20.6% or 0.1% -100%).

-Accuracy level: Level 1 (basic error<± 3% F.S), and the accuracy of some secondary instruments can reach ± 0.2%.

2. * * Environmental adaptability**

-* * Smoke temperature * *:

-Low temperature type (such as ZO-4): ≤ 600 ℃ or 800 ℃ (slightly different definitions from different manufacturers);

-High temperature type (such as ZO-5): 600-1200 ℃ or 800-1300 ℃.

-Working pressure range: -100kPa to+100kPa (some models support ± 50kPa).

3. * * Output and Communication**

-Output signal: 4-20mA (mainstream) or 0-10mA, partially supports RS-485/RS-232 communication.

-Load capacity: Load resistance ≤ 600 Ω when outputting 4-20mA, ≤ 1.2k Ω when outputting 0-10mA.

-Power consumption of transmitter: about 8W, average power consumption of heating furnace is 50W (some high-temperature models reach 120W).

2、 Application scenarios**

-Used for monitoring the oxygen content of flue gas in boilers, kilns, heating furnaces and other equipment, achieving low oxygen combustion control, reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions.

-Thermal power plants, waste to energy plants, biomass power plants, etc. monitor the combustion efficiency of coal-fired and gas-fired boilers. For example, the ZO-12B model is designed specifically for power plants and is suitable for temperatures ranging from 0 to 700 ℃.

-High temperature furnace flue gas monitoring in the petrochemical and steel metallurgy industries supports high temperature (≤ 1300 ℃) and corrosive environments.

3、 Selection and installation precautions**

1. * * Selection points**

-Select probe materials based on flue gas temperature, pressure, and medium corrosiveness (such as 316L, which has stronger corrosion resistance).

-Determine the installation method (direct insertion, bypass) and the type of secondary instrument (panel mounted, wall mounted, or explosion-proof).

2. * * Installation requirements**

-The probe should be tilted and inserted into the flue to avoid the accumulation of condensed water; The flange connection needs to be sealed, and the signal line needs to be shielded.

-The inner diameter of the bypass flue is ≥ 100mm, and sampling holes are set up to ensure representativeness.
