Product Description:
Vibration velocity sensors are mainly used to measure the vibration of bearings, and in rare cases, they are also used to measure the vibration of shafts. They are mainly installed on the bearing covers of various rotating mechanical devices. It integrates traditional piezoelectric acceleration sensors and charge amplifiers, which can be directly connected to recording display and acquisition instruments, greatly simplifying the testing system and improving the accuracy and reliability of testing. It is applied in fields such as railway bridges, construction, machinery, aerospace, and water conservancy.

Working Principle:
A vibration velocity sensor utilizes the principle of magneto electric induction to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. It mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, inertial mass, spring, and other components. There are fixed magnets and inertial masses in the sensor housing, and when we use spring elements, we can suspend them on the housing. During work, sensors can also be installed on the machine when it generates vibrations. If within the working frequency range of the sensor, the coil and magnet will undergo corresponding relative motion, cutting magnetic field lines, and generating corresponding induced voltage inside the coil, which is proportional to the vibration velocity value. Paired with secondary instruments, it can display the magnitude of vibration velocity or displacement, and also transmit it to other secondary instruments and AC voltmeters for measurement.
