Structural composition:
Radio frequency admittance level switch is commonly used in industrial production processes to measure level height. Its structure is simple, and those who have used or seen it know that it mainly consists of a probe rod, process connection parts, and a junction box with electronic components.
The probe is an important component of the RF admittance level switch, which is composed of three parts: measurement J, protection J, and insulation layer. The form of the probe can be customized as pole or cable according to the working conditions, and the length and material can also be customized according to special requirements. The connection process is available in threaded and flange types, and can also be customized according to special needs. The outer shell of the junction box is made of aluminum alloy material, with a thickness that meets the explosion-proof level requirements. It is equipped with visible electronic modules inside, making wiring and debugging very convenient. The overall structure is simple, easy to install and use, stable and reliable performance, and almost maintenance free, which effectively improves work efficiency.
Radio frequency admittance level meter is a new type of level measuring instrument. "Admittance" is the reciprocal of impedance in electricity, which is composed of resistive, capacitive, and inductive components. "Radio frequency" refers to high frequency, so radio frequency admittance technology can be understood as measuring admittance using high frequency.

Wiring steps:
The wiring steps for the RF admittance level switch can be divided into 10 items. Please follow the following steps to operate:
(1) Open the casing cover;
(2) Loosen the locking nut on the cable threaded joint;
(3) Remove approximately 10cm of the outer sheath of the connecting cable and approximately 1cm of the insulation layer at the end of the core wire;
(4) Insert the cable through the cable threaded joint into the casing;
(5) Open the wiring terminal with a screwdriver;
(6) Insert the end of the core wire into the terminal block according to the wiring diagram;
(7) Use a screwdriver to tighten the connecting wire terminal;
(8) Check if the wiring is secure by gently pulling the connected cable;
(9) Tighten the locking nut of the cable threaded joint and tighten the sealing ring tightly;
(10) Screw on the casing cover.
Precautions for wiring RF admittance level switch:
When wiring the RF admittance level switch, the following points need to be noted (see attached RF admittance level switch wiring diagram):
(1) From the perspective of AQ, wiring can only be carried out in the event of a power outage;
(2) Before connecting the power, please check if the power supply matches the type and range indicated on the instrument nameplate.
