The YY (Q) W series fuel gas organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as a heat transfer oil furnace, which uses oil (gas) as fuel. It has low pressure and high temperature working characteristics, and its heating temperature can reach 340 ℃ in liquid phase or 400 ℃ in vapor phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with heating temperatures ranging from 150 ℃ to 380 ℃. The gas thermal oil furnace uses gas as fuel and thermal oil as medium, and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in liquid phase. The thermal energy is transported to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. It has the ability to achieve high working temperature at low pressure and high-precision control of the medium operation. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner and generates a high-temperature flame, which enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. It then rotates 180 ° forward through the rear of the inner coil and enters the interlayer area of the inner and outer tubes to form a convective heating surface. Then it enters the second interlayer area of the middle and outer coils at the upper part of the interlayer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the rear of the second interlayer area.
