Product Introduction

The coking waste heat boiler utilizes the large amount of physical waste heat from the coke oven at 550~950 degrees Celsius in the rear of the coking industry or the combustion heat from the supplementary combustion of household gas to produce superheated steam or production and living gas that can be used by an air turbine generator. Our company has developed a series of coking waste heat boilers, including both supplementary combustion and non supplementary combustion dual (single) drum horizontal natural circulation water tube boilers, suitable for this industry. This type of waste heat flue gas has the same characteristics as carbon waste heat flue gas. The supplementary combustion boiler adopts a fully automatic coke oven gas burner to achieve efficient combustion. Therefore, in addition to supplementary combustion, this makes all waste heat boilers have the same or similar structure.
This new type of coking waste heat boiler has the functions of efficient heat transfer and smoke and dust separation in the furnace. With its compact and novel structure, low cost, small footprint, high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy saving, it has reached the leading level in China.
