The boiler consists of a drum and water-cooled wall tubes on both sides, forming a furnace and convection flue. The front smoke chamber is composed of four shed tubes and a front tube plate. A threaded convection smoke pipe is installed inside the drum. The chain grate supports the entire furnace body at the lower part of the water cooling system, becoming a complete boiler.
1. Water cooling system:
The water cooling system consists of three natural circulation circuits. To reduce the inlet smoke temperature of the front tube plate, a convective flue is composed of water-cooled wall tubes on both sides to absorb heat. The drum has continuous and regular drainage. Both sides of the collection box have regular sewage discharge.
Adopting cast iron streamlined economizer tube. Water supply and flue gas counterflow arrangement.
The feed water enters the drum through the economizer, with some of it passing through the front and rear downcomers and flowing into the ascending pipes on both sides of the manifold before entering the drum for separation. The other part is heated by threaded pipes inside the drum and naturally separated into steam. The steam inside the drum is led out by the main steam valve. The bottom of the cylinder that directly contacts the flame is insulated with thermal insulation materials, further improving the safety of the steam water system.
The furnace wall is made of lightweight refractory bricks and refractory concrete, with vermiculite concrete insulation on the outside and a new type of protective plate and pressure strip on the outermost side, resulting in a neat and beautiful appearance.
2. Combustion system section
The combustion system includes a coal hopper, a chain grate composed of large grate pieces, and a speed control box.
This boiler adopts a large chain grate with good ventilation and easy loading and unloading. Adopting a new type of bottom sealed contact side seal, the contact grate side seal is moved to the lower part of the edge grate plate, so that this part is not affected by hot air cooling, effectively avoiding burning, fuel leakage, and air leakage. Place the two side collection boxes above the side seal as an anti coking box.
There are independent air chambers under the grate, which are distributed according to the combustion situation. The primary air intake method is on the left side of the tail, and each air chamber's air regulating door is adjusted by a double baffle to ensure that the air pressure inside the air chamber is basically equal. Adopting a push-pull gate dust cleaning device to effectively prevent air leakage from the grate and cross ventilation between the grate air chambers; The secondary air is located at the upper part of the front arch above the grate, supplying air to the space above the grate, effectively supplementing the deficiency of the primary air.
When the boiler is running, the fuel is evenly spread on the grate to form layers, mixed with primary air, and gradually undergoes drying, pyrolysis, combustion, and reduction processes. The combustible gas and secondary air are fully mixed and burned in the space above the grate, resulting in complete combustion and high fuel utilization efficiency.
There are coal hoppers and coal gates at the front of the furnace, which are used to adjust the thickness of the fuel layer entering the grate. The speed of the grate is controlled and regulated by a gearbox.
The DZL biomass single drum longitudinal chain grate steam boiler is a three return water fire tube hybrid boiler, which uses biomass pellet fuel as fuel.
Water cooling pipes are arranged on both sides and the front and rear walls of the boiler. The front wall water cooling pipes form a water-cooled front arch. At the same time, the boiler drum is connected to the left and right anti coking boxes with water cooling pipes in a staggered manner, forming a lower water-cooled arch and two upper convection flues. The boiler drum is equipped with a single return threaded smoke pipe, and the tail is equipped with a cast iron economizer.
Biomass pellet fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate and enters the furnace for combustion. The flue gas passes through the upper part of the rear arch and enters the tail of the boiler (first return), then enters the front of the boiler through the convection flue (second return), and finally enters the rear smoke box through the threaded smoke pipe bundle (third return). Finally, it enters the economizer and dust collector, and is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Adopting a large block chain grate to achieve mechanical combustion. Equipped with a drum induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation and a slag removal machine for mechanical slag removal. The control and monitoring instruments are complete, and the boiler operation is safe and reliable. This boiler has a compact structure, small volume, and is shipped as a complete unit. After arriving at the site of use, simply install the slag extractor, valves, pipelines, and water and electricity to operate. Easy to install and move, short installation cycle, and low infrastructure investment.

The parameters for selecting wind turbines in high-altitude areas should be adjusted.
Considering the different needs of users, the electrical control system of the boiler is available in two forms for users to choose from: basic configuration and standard configuration, while ensuring safe use, convenient operation, and easy maintenance.
Basic configuration type: The power control of the basic type includes start stop control and interlock control of various selected auxiliary motors for the boiler, and should be equipped with manual control. There are detection displays for parameters such as drum pressure, steam drum water level, and exhaust gas temperature in the thermal detection project.
The regulating system is equipped with boiler inlet reflux regulation, remote control regulation of induced draft fan damper, and stepless speed regulation of grate motor.
The control system is equipped with alarm protection devices such as dangerous low water level alarm protection and steam overpressure alarm protection, which can fully meet the relevant requirements of the "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations".
Standard configuration type: In addition to the functions of the basic configuration type mentioned above, the configuration of the standard control system also refers to the detection and monitoring requirements in JB/T10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers" for relevant configurations, making the detection and monitoring projects more comprehensive.
Normally, the factory configuration is a basic control system. Standard configuration or other special configuration forms are only provided after the user specifically requests them.
