The WNS and CWNS series fully automatic fuel (gas) boilers jointly developed and designed by our company and Xi'an Jiaotong University adopt the internationally popular horizontal three return structure, and use Xi'an Jiaotong University's national invention patent - fuel gas boiler design software to optimize the design of the "Guanrong" brand fuel and gas boilers. The combustion chamber design and heating surface layout are more reasonable, and the thermal efficiency is improved by more than 2%. The boiler technology level is in a leading position in China.

1. The boiler adopts a three pass horizontal wet back structure, with butt welds on the flange, which improves the reliability of the boiler.
2. By using threaded smoke pipes with high heat transfer coefficients, the convective heat transfer effect is enhanced, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is improved.
3. The combustion chamber adopts a fully corrugated furnace structure, which is flexible and has strong resistance to external pressure; Strong turbulence, good disturbance, enhanced heat transfer, and high thermal efficiency. At the same time, it also increases the heating surface area.
4. The design of large volume and low-level layout of boiler combustion chamber not only improves the combustion efficiency of fuel, but also increases the safe water level range inside the boiler, minimizing the possibility of accidents caused by water shortage.
5. The design of the rearview device facilitates the observation of combustion conditions. The insulation layer is made of high thermal resistance material, which has good insulation effect.
