A vertical gas thermal oil furnace is an efficient and energy-saving heating equipment that uses natural gas as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier, and uses a hot oil pump to circulate heat and deliver it to the heating equipment. The heating surface structure of the boiler body is compact, consisting of inner and outer tightly arranged disks. The inner disk tube is a radiative heating surface, and the outer and inner surfaces of the outer and inner disks tubes form a convective heating surface. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, which are assembled on site.
After being fully burned in the combustion chamber, the high-temperature flue gas is absorbed by the radiation heating surface for most of the heat, and then enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, the air required for boiler combustion is heated in the air preheater, and then the flue gas is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere.
This device has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and operation, fast heating and temperature rise, and no environmental pollution. The computer automatically controls the temperature, which can achieve higher working temperature at lower working pressure. The vertical gas thermal oil furnace is computer-controlled, operates stably at low pressure (≤ 0.4MPa), and has a thermal efficiency of over 90%. Widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, oil and fat materials, building materials, textile printing and dyeing, food, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, etc., it is a new and ideal heating equipment.
1. Easy to install, as long as the upper body and lower combustion chamber are closed, the installation cycle is short.
2. The heating surface adopts closely arranged circular tubes, with sufficient arrangement to reduce the surface heat load of the tubes and make the use of heat transfer oil safer.
3. The medium flow is reasonable, and the thermal conductivity of the oil field is low (inlet) to (outlet). The gas generated during operation is better improved, which enhances the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
4. The fuel burns adiabatically in the combustion chamber, which makes the combustion easier and more complete, and improves the thermal efficiency of passing roads.
5. The top of the boiler is equipped with a dense arrangement of coils, which can better protect the top and prevent it from burning out.
