Single phase is 220 volts voltage. The voltage between the phase line and the neutral line. The two phases are a and b or c of the phase line, and the phase voltage between them is 380. A common electrical appliance is a 380 motor.
Two phase electricity is generally 220 volts and has two wires, one of which is the live wire and the other is the neutral wire. The 220 volt electricity is used for civilian or small mechanical purposes
Three phase electricity can provide a more reasonable power source. As an energy source for electric motors, nothing else is needed. As long as the three-phase electricity is directly connected to the motor, the motor can operate. If it is a unidirectional motor, a complex device needs to be added to the motor to ensure its operation.
There is a difference. Three phase electricity at 380 volts. Single phase electricity at 220 volts. The so-called three-phase electricity refers to three-phase live wires, with a voltage of 380V between adjacent live wires and no neutral wire Therefore, only when the three-phase load is the same (such as a three-phase motor), can three-phase electricity be applied. At this time, since the sum of the current vectors of three-phase electricity is 0 (which forms a 120 degree angle with each other, the sum is 0), there is no need for a neutral line (equivalent to a neutral line)

Maintenance and storage of industrial vortex high-pressure fan

1. The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and pipes.

2. It can only be operated when the fan is in positive gear, and at the same time, the power supply facilities must have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

During the operation of the fan, if abnormal noise is detected, the motor is severely overheating, the casing is electrified, the switch trips, and the fan cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. For safety reasons, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.

4. According to the environmental conditions of use, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to replace lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time. For enclosed bearings and motor bearings, ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings. It is strictly prohibited to operate without oil.

5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing fans outdoors, rain protection measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.

Maintenance of vacuum adsorption blower:
1. Regularly check whether all fasteners are tightened, and tighten them promptly if any looseness is found.
2. Regularly check whether there is lubricating oil at each lubrication point. Ensure that the oil quality and quantity meet the requirements.
3. Regularly clean the dust and foreign objects in the dust removal fan.
4. Regularly check the vibration of the fan to ensure smooth operation. If vibration is found, the fan should be stopped for inspection and handling.
5. Regularly clean and replace the filter element, and regularly maintain the motor.
6. Regularly check the gap dimensions of each part of the fan to prevent friction and collision between the rotating and fixed parts.
7. Regularly inspect the pipelines connected to the fan, clean the dirt and impurities inside the pipelines regularly, and prevent the fan from rusting
