Strong transparent medium pressure blowerStructural features:

1. The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a motor, a connector, and cooling blades.
2. The heat-resistant fan impeller adopts a multi blade single inlet centrifugal impeller, made of high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blades are designed based on aerodynamic principles. The material is made of high-quality steel plates with high strength and durability, and undergoes strict dynamic and static balance correction. Good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
3. The air inlet adopts a convergent streamlined vortex reduction form, which reduces airflow loss and improves the efficiency of the fan.
4. The fan casing is connected to the motor through a metal casting, and the motor shaft head is equipped with a heat dissipation fan blade. The outer wall of the metal casting is provided with inlet and outlet pipe interfaces to cool the metal casting and shaft head, ensuring the normal operation of the motor at high temperatures.
5. The motor adopts a special high-temperature motor, and the fluid part of the fan is made of heat-resistant materials, with reliable cooling structure performance. Compared to the actual boiler induced draft fan, this heat-resistant fan has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance.

Installation method of medium pressure blower:
1. Use screws to firmly fix it to a horizontal and rigid foundation or base. The basic weight is generally about three times that of the air supply fan as the standard. If the base is uneven, the air supply machine may deform when the bolts are tightened, and special attention should be paid - please install shock absorbers to reduce noise.
2. The air supply fan is usually designed with the shaft in a horizontal state. When the suction port is used in an upward or downward direction, the weight of the impeller and sub shaft is added to the bearing on one side, increasing the load and reducing the bearing life.
When the ventilation duct is not connected to the suction port, please install wire mesh to prevent the inhalation of dangerous or foreign objects.
4. The fully closed external fan cover and the open motor should be at least 20mm away from the wall.
