It has many characteristics such as reasonable heat recovery, large steam volume, high grade, low steam cost, high operational safety performance, good operational stability, multi-purpose use of one furnace, reduced investment, and easy management. The three waste fluidized bed mixed combustion boiler, which uses coal-fired slag as the ignition source, can use less or no synthetic ignition gas, does not consume H2 and water gas, and has low resistance to improve the efficiency of gas production and blowing. Therefore, the methanol production will increase by more than 20%, fully utilizing the three waste resources of gas production, which not only meets the requirements of urban environmental protection development but also produces high-energy steam, providing strong guarantee for enterprises to create maximum benefits. The waste heat boiler of the three waste mixed combustion furnace is an efficient waste heat energy-saving and environmentally friendly product recovered from the waste gas, waste residue, and waste heat mixed combustion furnace of chemical gasification equipment. The waste heat flue gas has the characteristics of high temperature (800~1000 degrees Celsius) and high dust content (15g/Nm3). Our company has developed two types of waste heat boilers for this industry: vertical and tunnel kiln horizontal natural circulation waste heat boilers. This waste heat boiler is a typical energy-saving equipment for chemical circular economy. It is integrated with the three waste mixed combustion furnace and blowing furnace, enabling production enterprises to fully realize "two coal to one coal" and "two furnaces to one furnace", creating huge economic and environmental benefits for enterprises, truly achieving safety, environmental protection, production competition, efficiency improvement, and conservation.
This type of waste heat boiler is mainly composed of heating surfaces such as water cooling screen, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater, and also receives water cooling components of the three waste mixed combustion furnace as its heating components.
