The waste heat boiler of the three waste mixed combustion furnace is an efficient waste heat energy-saving and environmentally friendly product recovered from the waste gas, waste residue, and waste heat mixed combustion furnace of chemical gasification equipment. The waste heat flue gas has the characteristics of high temperature (800~1000 degrees Celsius) and high dust content (15g/Nm3). Our company has developed two types of waste heat boilers for this industry: vertical and tunnel kiln horizontal natural circulation waste heat boilers. This waste heat boiler is a typical energy-saving equipment for chemical circular economy. It is integrated with the three waste mixed combustion furnace and blowing furnace, enabling production enterprises to fully realize "two coal to one coal" and "two furnaces to one furnace", creating huge economic and environmental benefits for enterprises, truly achieving safety, environmental protection, production competition, efficiency improvement, and conservation.
This type of waste heat boiler is mainly composed of heating surfaces such as water cooling screen, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and air preheater, and also receives water cooling components of the three waste mixed combustion furnace as its heating components. Our company has taken multiple effective measures to prevent corrosion on the tail heating surface of the three waste mixed combustion furnace and the waste heat boiler with blown air.
Design features:
1、 By utilizing the combustion characteristics of a fluidized bed and borrowing the material recovery technology of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, a blowing gas waste heat boiler mode is adopted to achieve simultaneous mixed combustion of exhaust gas, waste residue, and waste ash generated during gasification;
2、 Cancel the grid bricks inside the furnace to ensure the ignition of the blowing air. The waste heat boiler adopts a tunnel kiln type to minimize the resistance of the combustion system and improve the efficiency of gas production and blowing;
3、 Reasonable heat recovery, large steam volume, high grade, low steam cost, and can be matched with power generation;
4、 High operational safety performance, good operational stability, versatile use of one furnace, reduced investment, and easy management;
5、 The furnace adopts unique anti erosion, anti penetration, anti expansion and anti cracking technologies to ensure the lowest temperature of the combustion furnace and dust collector shell, reduce heat loss, and extend the service life of the equipment.
This product can be made into various specifications and models based on the amount of blowing air, gasification slag, fine dust from dust collectors, and other three wastes generated by synthetic ammonia and methanol production enterprises.
