The sulfuric acid waste heat boiler is a waste heat equipment that generates high-temperature flue gas waste heat from the sulfuric acid phytic acid incineration process into superheated steam or production and living gas that can be used for steam turbine generators. According to different acid production processes, the waste heat boilers developed by our company for sulfuric acid waste heat boiler recovery and power generation projects mainly include sulfur based acid waste heat boilers and sulfur iron waste heat boilers with high acid content. According to the pressure of sulfuric acid exhaust gas, boilers are divided into two structural forms: fire tube and water tube. The water circulation mode of the boiler is mainly natural circulation and forced circulation.
