1. Material:
Divided into acid and alkali resistant PP engineering plastics, PVDF fluoroplastics, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 materials, etc., the pump body is integrally formed, with good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and no cracking.
2. Characteristics:
The impeller is integrated with the inner magnet and adopts a non mechanical seal design. The torque is transmitted through the cooperation between the driving magnets, which does not cause leakage of chemical liquids and does not cause wear and aging of the mechanical seal.
3. Working principle:
The outer magnetic steel is driven to rotate by the motor, and the inner magnetic steel and impeller are synchronously rotated through the isolation sleeve, so that the liquid is enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, achieving the effect of leak free liquid transportation. Therefore, the two important driving magnets inside the magnetic pump are the inner and outer, and the magnetic strength of the driving magnet determines the working efficiency of the magnetic pump.

4. Special tools should be used during cleaning and maintenance to avoid scratching the pump body and impeller with hard objects.
5. When the pump is not in use for a long time, the medium inside should be emptied to prevent residual medium from causing corrosion and damage to the pump.
6. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to avoiding collisions and drops to prevent damage to the pump.
7. During use, attention should be paid to keeping the pump clean and dry to avoid corrosion and rust.
8. When replacing seals, appropriate seals should be selected and installed correctly according to the instructions to avoid leakage and damage to the pump body.
