Application areas: High temperature mold temperature control, high and low temperature testing instruments, chemical equipment, template temperature control, TCU temperature control system, high temperature condensate water recovery, etc.

Circulating medium: Water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, thermal oil, hydrocarbon solution, silicone oil, glacier refrigerant, gasoline, dye, chemical solution and other liquids that do not contain particles or fibers.

Installation precautions for Orank vortex magnetic pump:

1. When installing, a sturdy horizontal ground should be selected and kept stable. Ball valves should be installed on the pump inlet and outlet pipelines for easy maintenance.

2. Try to avoid installing the machine outdoors as much as possible. If it is necessary to install outdoors, a protective cover should be covered. If equipped with an electronic controller, it needs to be protected.

3. Magnetic pumps should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent material brittleness.

4. Before piping, the chemical liquid used, temperature conditions, and delivery head should be considered first, and different pipe materials should be selected to meet the actual requirements. For example, if the temperature is above 60 ℃, PP pipe fittings should be selected for installation.

5. When piping, attention should be paid to leaving no impurities or debris inside the pipe, and if necessary, the pipe should be cleaned with clean water.

6. The flange joint should use acid and alkali resistant gaskets and be securely locked. To prevent leakage and air intake into the corrosion-resistant chemical magnetic pump.

7. When using metal materials for piping, shock-absorbing joints must be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of corrosion-resistant chemical magnetic pumps to avoid damage to the pump body and inlet and outlet flanges.

8. If the height of the conveyed liquid exceeds 5M, a one-way valve must be installed at the outlet. Prevent damage caused by back pressure.

9. A pressure gauge can be installed on the outlet pipeline to detect the pressure loss at the outlet. Abnormal conditions at the outlet can be checked regularly to prevent blockage, damage to the pump body due to prolonged idling, and potential danger.

10. To prevent the pump from inhaling debris or siphon action, please install a bottom valve.

11. Check valves should be installed as high as possible at the outlet of corrosion-resistant chemical magnetic pumps, about 0.5 meters high. When installing pressure gauges or safety discharge valves, T-joints should be used as much as possible.

12. Piping should follow the correct piping regulations, especially for inlet pipelines that cannot be reduced in diameter. For example, if the pump inlet diameter is 3 ", the inlet pipe must be a pipeline with a diameter of 3" or more.

13. After fitting the pipe, it is necessary to support the pipeline firmly and rotate the motor fan to confirm whether the motor can rotate freely.

14. Before connecting the power cord, it should be confirmed whether the power source used is compatible with the motor voltage wiring, and the overcurrent protection switch should be connected. Please refer to the wiring diagram inside the junction box for the wiring method.

15. When using hazardous chemical liquids, the pump should be covered with a protective cover just in case.

16. Before starting the magnetic pump, it is necessary to fill it with liquid and check whether the inlet and outlet valves are open.

17. After installation, it is necessary to confirm whether the pipeline is secure again to avoid deformation or vibration damage caused by liquid temperature.
