Maintenance of Stainless Steel Chemical Industry Circulating Magnetic Pump:
1. Check if there is any looseness in the plastic magnetic pump pipeline and joint. Rotate the magnetic pump by hand and try to see if it is effective.
If any abnormal sound is found in the plastic magnetic pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
3. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the magnetic pump body and inject water (or slurry).
4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
During operation, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃ and the temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
6. Try to control the flow rate and head of the electrophoretic paint circulation magnetic pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the magnetic pump operates at high efficiency 7 o'clock, in order to achieve good energy-saving effects.

1. Under normal operating conditions, stainless steel chemical magnetic pumps do not experience aging or demagnetization over time. But demagnetization will occur when the pump is overloaded, blocked, or the operating temperature is higher than the allowable temperature of the magnetic steel. Therefore, the magnetic pump must operate under normal operating conditions.
2. Stainless steel chemical magnetic pumps should not be operated without air to avoid burning out sliding bearings and isolation sleeves. The medium conveyed by the magnetic pump is not allowed to contain ferromagnetic impurities and hard impurities. Magnetic pumps are not allowed to operate at flow rates less than 30% of their rated capacity.
3. Stainless steel chemical magnetic pumps do not require any maintenance methods, but should be regularly checked for normal current, temperature rise, and outlet pressure, leakage operation, stability, vibration, and noise. It is generally recommended to have a check-up every 2-3 months. If necessary, it should be checked at any time and any abnormal situations should be dealt with promptly.
