Maintenance and storage:
1. The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris inside the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.
2. It can only be operated under normal conditions of the fan. Colleagues should ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.
During the operation of the fan, if abnormal noise is detected, the motor is severely overheating, the casing is electrified, the switch trips, and the fan cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.

Regularly replenish or replace lubricating grease on the bearings according to the environmental conditions of use (motor enclosed bearings do not need to replace lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time for the enclosed bearings and motor bearings. Fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings with zl-3 lithium based lubricating grease for oiling. 3. It is strictly prohibited to operate without oil.
5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing fans outdoors, there should be defensive measures in place. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.
