Key points of construction and installation
1. The installation pedestal (foundation, hanger) should have sufficient strength, stability, and durability, and the vibration of the pedestal should meet the following requirements:
1) The natural frequency of the basic device shall not exceed one-third of the motor and speed;
2) The difference between the vibration speed during operation and the vibration speed at rest should be greater than three times.
2. Flexible joints should be installed between the inlet and outlet and the air duct. The inlet and outlet ducts and other devices should be separately supported and firmly supported by foundations or other building components. The casing should not bear the weight of other components.


When installed on building components, vibration isolation measures should be taken.
4. Installation can refer to the following national building standard design drawings.

Operation precautions

If the flow rate is found to be too high, does not meet the usage requirements, or requires a smaller flow rate in a short period of time, a throttling device can be used for adjustment.
2. Regularly check the sensitivity of thermometers and oil gauges, and control the oil level in the bearing box within the specified allowable range.
3. If any abnormal phenomena are found during driving, parking or operation, immediate inspection should be carried out.
4. For minor faults discovered during inspection, the cause should be promptly identified and efforts should be made to eliminate or handle them. If minor faults cannot be eliminated or major faults are discovered, immediate inspection should be carried out.
