The heat released during the cooling process of the high-temperature particles is converted into high-pressure steam by the waste heat boiler, which is used for steam turbine power generation. The solid waste heat boiler produced by our company is a leading domestic product developed by our company and the Zhengzhou Zhongding Waste Heat Boiler Technology Research and Development Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University. All of its water-cooled heating surfaces adopt a membrane structure, which expands the heating area and improves the strength of the tube bank. The same level membrane water-cooled wall is fixed with limit plates between adjacent pipe rows to ensure the spacing between pipe rows and stable operation without deformation. The arrangement of the heating surface of the energy-saving device can preheat the cold water, and after preheating, the hot water enters the thermal deaerator for deaeration, saving the consumption of self use steam. The last stage is equipped with a cooler, which uses a large amount of low-temperature circulating water to cool high-temperature particles such as blue charcoal to below 100 ℃. The final blue charcoal does not require further spray treatment, saving energy, improving the environment, and achieving significant economic benefits.

The solid orchid charcoal waste heat boiler produced by our company is a vertical positive pressure solid heat transfer waste heat boiler, which includes a frame and a furnace installed inside the frame. The top of the frame is equipped with a drum. The upper and lower ends of the furnace are respectively equipped with material inlet connections and material outlet connections. The material inlet connection is equipped with a tower shaped material distributor, and the connection between the material inlet connection and the furnace is equipped with a reciprocating feeder and a material level monitor. The furnace is sequentially equipped with a superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, and soft water heater from top to bottom; There is a mechanical scraper type anti core extractor located below the material outlet connection, and the end of the mechanical scraper type anti core extractor is equipped with a material outlet.
The utility model has a simple structure, and when in use, the material can uniformly pass through various heating surfaces, ensuring the heat transfer efficiency of solid blue charcoal.
