The SPV8R-70 intelligent soft starter can effectively limit the starting current of asynchronous motors during startup, and can be widely used in heavy-duty load equipment such as fans, water pumps, conveyors, and compressors. 　　1、 Working principle

The SPV8R soft starter adopts three pairs of anti parallel thyristors connected in series to the stator circuit of the AC motor. By utilizing the electronic switching function of thyristors, the triggering angle of the thyristors is controlled by a microprocessor to change the degree of turn-on of the thyristors, thereby changing the input voltage of the motor to achieve the purpose of controlling the soft start of the motor. After the start-up is completed, the output of the soft starter reaches the rated voltage. The online mode will continue to trigger the thyristor, allowing the motor to maintain normal operation.

　　2、 Start and stop modes

1. Starting mode: It has three starting modes: slope boosting, torque control and starting current limitation, and voltage boosting pulse. The appropriate starting mode can be selected according to different load characteristics to meet various working conditions.

2. Parking mode: Supports three parking modes: torque control soft parking, braking parking, and free parking, which can effectively solve the problem of parking surge in inertial systems and protect equipment and pipeline systems.

1. Starting current regulation range: between 2-5 times the rated value.

2. Start torque adjustment range: between 0.15-1.0 times the rated value.

3. Acceleration torque ramp time adjustment range: 1-60 seconds.

4. Reduce torque ramp time adjustment range: 1-60 seconds.

5. Braking torque adjustment range: 0-100% of rated value.

6. Voltage boost pulse amplitude adjustment range: 50-100% of rated voltage.

7. The adjustment range of overcurrent trip value during motor operation is 50-300%.

1. It has thermal protection function for the motor and soft starter itself, which can prevent equipment from being damaged due to overheating.

2. Can limit torque and current surges, reducing the impact on motors and the power grid.

3. Equipped with three-phase power imbalance, phase loss, and phase failure protection functions, ensuring that the motor operates under normal power conditions.

4. Equipped with overcurrent protection function during motor operation, it automatically cuts off the power supply when the current exceeds the set value, protecting the safety of the motor.
