SPV8R-580 intelligent soft start power is 320KW, current is 580A, and external dimensions are 402 * 599 * 250. It is a low-voltage motor soft start device launched by Songpu Technology, providing a compact, stable and reliable soft start solution for the control of low-voltage motors.

The SPV8R series motor soft starter adopts three pairs of anti parallel thyristors connected in series to the stator circuit of the AC motor. By utilizing the electronic switching function of thyristors, the triggering angle of the thyristors is controlled by a microprocessor to change the degree of turn-on of the thyristors, thereby changing the input voltage of the motor to achieve the purpose of controlling the soft start of the motor. After the start-up is completed, the output of the soft starter reaches the rated voltage. The online mode will continue to trigger the thyristor, allowing the motor to maintain normal operation.

3. Applicable motors: general squirrel cage asynchronous motors (please specify when ordering wound motors).

4. Starting frequency: Standard products are recommended to start and stop no more than 12 times per hour.

5. Cooling method: forced air cooling.

6. Installation method: Wall mounted.

7. Installation requirements: SPV8R series does not require a bypass AC contactor.
