Use a multimeter to measure the output signal of the driver (such as whether the 2.2V output of the 786J module is normal). If it is abnormal, replace the IGBT module.

Check the resistance value of the current detection resistor (such as the resistance value of pins 2 and 3 of 786J should be around 78 Ω). If the deviation is too large, it needs to be replaced.

Trigger board and power unit:

Check if the trigger board power supply voltage (such as 24V) is stable and if the trigger pulse waveform is normal.
