High temperature resistant chemical magnetic pumpOperating environment and maintenance recommendations:
1. Please ensure internal ventilation of the equipment, reduce surface temperature rise of the motor, and ensure long-term continuous operation of the motor;
2. The power supply voltage for operating the power grid is stable and meets ± 5% of the rated voltage of the motor;
3. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 50 ℃;
4. Regularly clean the dust or debris on the surface of the motor casing and rear hood;
5. Regularly remove and clean the filter;
6. Regularly check the fasteners connecting the pump for looseness;
7. The connection of electrical circuits must be operated by electricians with corresponding qualification certificates.
8. Determine whether the electric motor is compatible with the power source used. The motor lead wire must be connected to the power supply according to the wiring diagram and motor nameplate attached to the junction box.
9. The motor should be properly grounded, and there is a grounding device inside the junction box. If necessary, the motor legs can also be used to fix the bolt grounding.
