1、 Product Overview

Plug and socket hot compression test device, pressure resistance performance pressure block testerIt is made according to Article 25.4 and Figure 38 of GB2099.1-2008, Figure 38 of IEC60884-1, VDE0620 and other standards, and is used to assess the voltage resistance performance of electrical accessories and surface mounted installation boxes under heating conditions. It is used in conjunction with heating boxes.

2、 Product Structure

The hot compression test device consists of a moving pressure block, a fixed pressure block, and a guide rail bracket. The pressure block has a cylindrical surface with a radius of R25 mm, a rounded water chestnut R2.5 mm, and a weight of 20N.

3、 Test method

The experiment should be conducted in a heating chamber with a temperature of (80 ± 2) ℃. Place the sample between the clamping blocks, so that the clamping blocks are pressed onto the part that is grasped during normal use, and the center line of the clamping block should be as close as possible to the center of this part. After 1 hour, remove the clamp block and the sample should not show any damage within the standard range.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep

After use, wait for the temperature to cool to room temperature, wipe clean and store in a cool and dry place.
