OXT1000 series power plant direct insertion zirconia analyzer
1、 Overview
The OXT1000 series power plant direct insertion zirconia analyzer is based on the oxygen ion conductivity characteristics of zirconia sensors at high temperatures. By measuring the potential difference generated by the difference in oxygen concentration, it achieves accurate calculation of oxygen concentration. The analyzer adopts a split flange installation design, which can be directly inserted into the flue or pipeline to monitor the oxygen content in the flue gas in real time. It has significant advantages of fast response speed and accurate measurement.
The analyzer uses a stainless steel 304 protective tube to output monitoring data through current signals. By real-time monitoring of the oxygen content in flue gas, users can effectively adjust the air-fuel ratio, improve combustion efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption. At the same time, the device assists enterprises in monitoring flue gas emissions, ensuring that emissions comply with environmental standards and reducing pollutant emissions.
In terms of production optimization, the real-time data provided by the analyzer helps enterprises optimize process parameters, improve production efficiency and product quality. In addition, with the help of changes in oxygen content, the device can also diagnose faults in the combustion system, such as detecting air leaks, blockages, and other issues.
2、 Main technical parameters
1. Working environment and installation parameters
-Applicable scenario: Suitable for coal-fired boiler scenarios between 0-700 ℃.
-Installation method: Direct insertion flange installation.
-Flange specifications: The standard specifications are DN50, DN80, DN100, and can also be customized. The flange outer diameter is 185mm, the bolt hole diameter is ø 19.1mm, there are a total of 8 holes, and the on-site hole diameter is ø 63.
-Insertion depth length: usually calculated from the flange downwards, it is recommended to insert 2/3 of the flue depth, and the actual insertion depth range is 300mm-1500mm.
-Probe size: Insertion diameter ø 57mm.
2. Equipment structure and materials
-Analyzer models: OXT1PA, OXT1PB, OXT1PC, OXT1PD, OXT1P.
-Material of protective tube: Stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, with pipe diameters available in 48mm and 57mm options.
-Internal structure: composed of heating furnace, thermocouple, electrode, corundum tube, zirconia pool (core component), installation flange, ceramic filter, base, etc.
-Chassis: Die cast aluminum chassis with display, protection level IP66, external dimensions 260 (H) × 190 (W) × 100 (D) mm.
3. Performance parameters
-Range: 0-25%, partially programmable within 1-25% range.
-Output signal: 4-20mA, maximum load ≤ 600 Ω.
-Accuracy: 1% FS or ± 0.1% O ₂, resolution 0.01%.
-Power: less than 150W, maximum 200W during heating.
-Power supply voltage: 95-240VAC/50-60Hz.
-Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.
-Display: Wall mounted 1 × 16 bit LCD display.
4. Environmental adaptability

Smoke medium: Clearly identify the type of smoke to be monitored, such as smoke generated by coal-fired boilers, gas boilers, etc.
