Overview

This product is a circulating fluidized bed boiler developed by the Zhengzhou Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Research Institute of Tsinghua University using the latest technological achievements of Tsinghua University. Due to the adoption of the latest advanced and mature circulating bed technology, boiler membrane wall heating surface structure, and longitudinal flushing structure of convection tube bundles, the overall boiler is more reliable, with simple and compact layout. The boiler body consists of a coal feeding device, combustion equipment, water cooling system, high-temperature cyclone separator, economizer, steel frame, escalator, furnace wall, etc. The adaptability of boiler coal types is wide. Not only can smokeless coal, bituminous coal, lignite, and lean coal be used, but also inferior fuels such as coal gangue, gasification slag, and chain slag can be used. Waste slag can be comprehensively utilized, and the carbon content of slag is generally below 2%. Due to the use of low-temperature combustion technology, this product effectively reduces the generation of harmful gases, and NOx emissions can meet the requirements of GB13271 emission standard 200mg/m3 without the use of denitrification equipment.

Structural characteristics


1. The boiler adopts a fully steel floor standing structure, which greatly saves the basic civil engineering investment of the boiler. The boiler has low thermal inertia and fast pressure boosting and gas supply time.
2. The hanging membrane fireplace chamber adopts a fully membrane wall lightweight attached tube furnace wall structure that is reliable in avoidance, tightly sealed, and has the best heat transfer effect.
3. The supported lower fluidized bed adopts a tightly sealed and structurally simple all steel shell heavy-duty furnace structure.
4. The upper furnace and lower fluidized bed are reliably connected and sealed using an expansion and contraction structure.
5. Heat resistant alloy cast steel column embedded counter current air cap with no ash leakage, uniform air distribution, and long service life.
6. The most reliable and mature dual cyclone adiabatic separator is combined with a membrane wall water-cooled shed and a directional smoke chamber structure with a membrane wall water-cooled shed.
7. The double drum multi pass longitudinal flushing of the convection tube bundle eliminates the clogging and wear of the convection tube bundle in circulating fluidized bed boilers.


1. Wide adaptability to combustion. External circulating fluidized bed boilers can burn both high-quality coal and various low-quality coal. And the combustion technology is environmentally friendly.
2. The material return system is simple and has high combustion efficiency. High temperature materials are carried by the airflow and enter the material collector. The collected materials enter the return feeder and are then sent back to the combustion chamber through the return feeder for multiple cycles of combustion, resulting in high combustion efficiency.
3. Large load adjustment range and fast load adjustment. And there is no buried pipe heating surface arranged inside the bed.
