MF series self-cleaning precision filter

The MF series self-cleaning precision filter adopts surface filtration type microfiltration technology, and the filter medium is woven from 316L stainless steel through a special process. The main application areas include deep treatment of municipal/industrial wastewater, water resource recovery and recycling, circulating cooling water treatment, and water supply treatment for water plants.

Adopting internationally leading filter manufacturing technology, large area filter screens are formed to increase filtration area, accelerate filtration speed, and simplify equipment structure. Filtration accuracy: 10-1000 μ m, filter material selected is 316L stainless steel.

The equipment body is made of 304SS stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.

Working principle

The filter consists of a device structure module, a filtering module, a driving system, a backwashing system, and an automatic control system. The sewage flows into the interior of the stainless steel filter cartridge and flows out from the inside to the outside of the filter screen due to gravity. Suspended solids in the water are trapped inside the stainless steel filter cartridge. The driving system drives the filter cartridge to slowly rotate, and the backwash pump extracts filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The flushing water is used to forcefully flush the filter screen from the outside to the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the filter cartridge. The particles washed off are collected by the backwash water collection tank and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipe.

ldriving systemIt consists of a drive motor, a reducer, and a drive gear. Drive motor power supply 380V/50Hz. The design lifespan is not less than 10 years, with smooth operation and low noise.

lBackwash systemIncluding high-pressure backwash water pump, nozzle system, waste collection tank, sewage pipeline, etc. Two rows of nozzles are designed for continuous flushing, ensuring thorough flushing without leaving any dead corners.

lAutomatic control systemUsing relay control or PLC control, filter blockage alarm, automatic control, unmanned automatic operation.
