Principle Overview

This series of economical hydraulic filters combines the advantages of high-quality filtration and self-cleaning function to provide customers with continuous water supply from different water sources (sewage, reservoirs, rivers, lakes, etc.). This filter can be widely used in industrial, municipal, and irrigation applications. Its main component is a filter screen made of stainless steel with a large open area to withstand high pollution loads and pressures. When the pressure difference (△ P) of the filter reaches the preset value [0.5 bar (7 psi)], self-cleaning will be performed. The drain valve opens, the pressure is released through the hydraulic plug, and the water flow is discharged through the drain valve. The pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber and the suction pipe is significantly reduced, and the hydraulic motor drives the suction pipe and nozzle to rotate and move vertically, sucking out the dirt through the nozzle and cleaning the inner wall of the entire filter screen. The flushing process takes 5 seconds.
