Operating Procedures for Industrial Fluorine lined Circulating Magnetic Pump

1. Preparation before installation: Before installation, the pump body and pipelines should be cleaned, the seals should be checked for integrity, the rotation direction of the pump body and motor should be checked for consistency, and the working voltage of the motor should be confirmed to meet the requirements.

2. Selection of installation location: The magnetic pump should be installed in a dry, ventilated, dust-free, and non corrosive gas environment. At the same time, pipe bends and restrictions should be minimized as much as possible to ensure the normal operation of the pump.

3. Pre start inspection: Before starting, the pump body and pipelines should be checked for debris and foreign objects, the wiring of the motor should be checked for correctness, and the sealing performance of the pump body should be checked for good condition.
