Features:
1. The turbo type medium pressure fan does not require lubrication due to the frictionless operation of the impeller inside the body, resulting in oil free exhaust gas. It is an ideal pneumatic conveying gas source for industries such as chemical and food.
2. The turbo type medium pressure fan is a volumetric blower. When in use, the flow rate changes very little with changes in pressure. But the flow rate varies with the rotational speed. Therefore, the range of pressure selection is wide, and the choice of flow rate can be achieved by selecting the desired speed.
The rotational speed of the turbo type medium pressure fan is high, and the gaps between rotors and rotors, as well as between rotors and the body, are small, resulting in less leakage and higher volumetric efficiency.
The structure of the turbo type medium pressure fan determines that its mechanical friction loss is very small. Because only the bearings and gear pairs have mechanical contact in material selection, the rotor, housing, and gear ring have sufficient mechanical strength. Safe operation and long service life are major features of blower products.
The rotors of the turbo type medium pressure fan have undergone static and dynamic balance verification. The finished product runs smoothly with minimal vibration.

The impeller of a turbo type medium pressure fan (also known as a turbo type centrifugal fan) is covered with a mechanical shell, and the center of the impeller is the air inlet. When the medium pressure fan is working, the power equipment drives the impeller to rotate, drawing air in from the air inlet. During the rotation of the blades of a centrifugal fan, a dynamic force is applied to the gas, increasing its pressure and velocity. The gas is discharged from the exhaust port along the blade path under the action of centrifugal force.

1. High temperature fans are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, motors, connectors, cooling blades, and other parts.

2. The impeller adopts a multi blade single inlet centrifugal impeller, made of high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blades are designed based on aerodynamic principles. The impeller consists of 10 aft tilting airfoil blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. The material is made of high-quality steel plates with high strength and durability, and undergoes strict dynamic and static balance correction. Good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.

3. The air inlet adopts a convergent streamlined vortex reduction form, which reduces airflow loss and improves the working efficiency of the high-temperature fan.

4. The casing of the high-temperature fan is connected to the motor through a metal casting installation. The motor shaft head is equipped with a cooling fan blade, and the outer wall of the metal casting is provided with inlet and outlet pipe interfaces to cool the metal casting and shaft head, ensuring the normal operation of the motor at high temperatures.

5. The motor adopts a special high-temperature motor, and the fluid part of the high-temperature fan is made of heat-resistant materials, with reliable cooling structure performance. Compared to other boiler induced draft fans, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, and high cost-effectiveness.
