pump station

The pump station is the power source of the drilling rig. It consists of explosion-proof electric motor, main oil pump, auxiliary oil pump, oil tank, cooler, oil filter, base and other components. The electric motor drives the oil pump through an elastic coupling, sucking oil from the oil tank and discharging high-pressure oil, which drives the various actuators of the drilling rig through the control panel.

Console
The control panel is the control device of the drilling rig. Composed of various control valves, pressure gauges, and fittings. The linkage function between the rotation, feed, lifting, chuck, and gripper of the drilling rig is achieved through the combination of valves on the control panel.
