1、 Product features:

2、 Scope of application:

Measurement of drilling rods while drilling generally requires construction in intact coal seams (f ≥ 1) or stable rock formations (f ≤ 6); Mainly used for near horizontal long-distance gas drainage drilling and water exploration drilling construction in coal mines, and can also be used for directional drilling construction such as near horizontal engineering drilling on the ground and in tunnels.

3、 Attention:

（1）Before using the drill pipe, it is necessary to check whether the plastic joint of the drill pipe is loose, deformed, or cracked, to ensure that the sealing ring of the plastic joint is intact, the drill pipe thread, plastic joint, and steel joint are clean, and the variable diameter spring is firm and reliable;

（2）Before adding the drill pipe, it is necessary to apply thread grease on the surface of the drill pipe joint thread and apply special lubricating grease for the cable drill pipe at the sealing ring of the plastic male joint. During the process of adding drill rods, control the upward speed to be ≤ 25r/min;

（3）During the drilling process, the drilling trajectory should be kept smooth to avoid large corners. The bending strength of the drilling inclination angle is controlled at 3 °/6m, and the bending strength of the azimuth is controlled at 2 °/6m;

（4）When unloading the drill pipe, control the unloading speed to be ≤ 25r/min, while ensuring that the retraction distance of the power head is ≥ 100mm, to prevent the drill pipe joint thread from biting or scratching;

（5）After the drill rod is removed and the water inside the drill rod is drained, a threaded protective cap should be worn in a timely manner to keep the inside of the drill rod clean and prevent coal dust and other dirt from contaminating the steel joint;
