Drilling rig host
The host consists of a gripper, a feed device, a hydraulic chuck, and a power head; The gripper is located at the front of the drilling rig. When the drilling rig is in operation, the gripper is released, and when it is necessary to insert or remove the drill rod, it will automatically clamp or release according to the linkage situation. The feed force and lifting force during drilling operation are realized by the feed device. The power head is a component that realizes rotation, mainly composed of a hydraulic chuck, gearbox, and hydraulic variable motor. The power head utilizes the reciprocating motion of the feed cylinder along the body guide rail to achieve the feeding and pulling of the drilling tool. The hydraulic chuck adopts a normally open structure with hydraulic clamping and spring release, which has the characteristics of automatic centering, safety and reliability, and high clamping force. The frame is used to install the feed device and fix the drilling rig.


pump station
The pump station is the power source of the drilling rig. The pump station consists of explosion-proof motors, pumps I, II, and III, oil tanks, coolers, oil filters, bases, tracks, etc. Pump I is coaxially connected to pumps II and III, and the motor drives the main and auxiliary oil pumps through a coupling. The oil tank is a container that holds hydraulic oil and is placed above the oil pump. There are multiple protective devices installed on the fuel tank.

The control panel is the control device of the drilling rig. Composed of various control valves, pressure gauges, and fittings. The linkage function between the rotation, feed, lifting, chuck, and gripper of the drilling rig is achieved through the combination of valves on the control panel.
