Overview

Circulating fluidized bed boilers are suitable for users with large variations in fuel characteristics but small fuel sizes. Boiler applicable fuels: loose straw fuel, pressed and molded fuel. For bulk straw fuel, the size is generally required to be no more than (length x width x thickness) 25 × 25 × 10mm or no more than (diameter x length) Φ 15 × 30, and the total moisture content is generally required to be no more than 35%. For pressed fuel, the size generally requires no more than 20 × 20 × 10mm. Due to the low density, low calorific value, high volatile matter, and high moisture content of biomass fuel, biomass boilers differ greatly from general coal-fired boilers. Firstly, the furnace must have a large combustion space and sufficient height to allow sufficient combustion time for the fuel in the furnace. At the same time, sufficient secondary air should be arranged in layers at a certain height in the furnace to adapt to the concentrated release and combustion of a large amount of volatile matter, ensuring that combustibles are fully mixed with air for combustion, and combustibles can be burned out in the furnace. To avoid ash accumulation in the high-temperature superheater and reduce its high-temperature corrosion. The superheater is arranged in a series, with an increased pitch and anti-corrosion cover plate. Corrosion resistant castables are poured at the lower part of the screen superheater to fundamentally avoid ash accumulation and corrosion of the superheater. This boiler adopts the circulating fluidized bed combustion technology from Zhengzhou Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Research Institute of Tsinghua University, combined with our company's years of experience in producing circulating fluidized bed boilers, and jointly developed a new generation product. In the combustion system, the feeder sends biomass fuel into the furnace, and the air required for boiler combustion is provided by the primary and secondary fans respectively. The air sent out by the primary fan is preheated by the primary air preheater and introduced into the furnace water cooling chamber through the left and right air ducts. It then enters the combustion chamber through the air cap on the water-cooled air distribution plate; The air sent out by the secondary fan is preheated by the secondary air preheater and sprayed into the furnace through nozzles distributed on the front and rear walls to supplement air and enhance disturbance and mixing. Fuel and air are mixed and burned in a fluidized state in the furnace, and undergo heat exchange with the heating surface. The flue gas in the furnace (carrying a large amount of unburned carbon particles) further burns and releases heat in the upper part of the furnace. After leaving the furnace and carrying a large amount of materials, the flue gas is separated by a volute cyclone separator, and the majority of the materials are returned to the furnace through a return feeder to achieve cyclic combustion. The separated flue gas is discharged from the tail flue through the turning chamber, high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, economizer, primary and secondary air preheater. Performance characteristics
