Technical Description of Feichuang Technology

After electrode passivation, it will cause an increase in electrode resistance and power consumption. The patented technology of Chengdu Feichuang Technology Company has improved the electrode reversal time of electrocoagulation, which automatically controls the positive and negative polarity reversal time of the power supply by measuring the resistance increase rate between the anode and cathode in real time. It can be said to be an intelligent reversal technology. The specific principle is as follows: With the progress of electrocoagulation electrolysis, impurities, calcium and magnesium ions in the water gradually deposit on the cathode, and a strong oxidation reaction occurs on the anode, resulting in the formation of a dense metal oxide film passivation layer on the surface of the anode, which in turn leads to an increase in resistance.
