Ceramic tile boiling water bath heating device daily ceramic water absorption rate
Product Introduction
The SX-TCFZ-II ceramic tile boiling water bath uses boiling method to determine the water absorption rate of ceramic tiles, daily ceramics, building and sanitary ceramics, and electric ceramics. It can also be used for measuring the water absorption rate of bricks, tiles, cement products, etc. The main control chip adopts a microprocessor for full process automation control, and can also be manually set and operated, with simple operation.
The host is made of stainless steel liner and high-quality insulation cotton, with functions such as water level setting, automatic water replenishment, continuous boiling, and prevention of dry burning. The temperature, constant temperature time, and water level height can be set arbitrarily. Meets standards such as GB/T3810.3-2016 "Determination of Test Rate, Visible Porosity, Apparent Relative Density, and Bulk Density of Ceramic Bricks" and GB/T3299-2011 "Determination of Water Absorption Rate of Household Ceramics".
Objective of the test
By boiling ceramic tiles in boiling water for a certain period of time, observing their appearance, size changes, and physical properties, the quality and performance of ceramic tiles can be evaluated, such as water resistance, thermal shock resistance, etc.
Product Parameters
1. Power supply 220V
2. Power: 2000W
3. Boiling time 0-99 hours (adjustable)
4. Time setting
S represents seconds
M represents fractions
H represents hours
5. Adjustable water level height
Test equipment
1. Thermostatic water bath: capable of maintaining water temperature close to 100 ℃ and stable
2. Heating device: used for heating water bath pots.
3. Bracket or basket: used to place ceramic tiles so that they can be evenly heated in water.
Test steps
1. Prepare ceramic tile samples, clean and air dry them, measure and record the initial dimensions and appearance characteristics.
2. Place the sample on a bracket or basket in a constant temperature water bath, ensuring that the sample is fully submerged in water.
3. Heat the water bath to make the water boil and maintain it for a period of time. The general standard boiling time is 2 hours or longer,
4. After reaching the specified time, stop heating and let the sample cool naturally in water.
5. Take out the sample, measure its size again, observe the appearance for cracks, peeling, discoloration, and other phenomena, and record and analyze them.
Result determination
According to relevant standards, if the ceramic tile sample has no obvious cracks or peeling after boiling, and the size change is within the allowable range, it is considered that the ceramic tile has good performance in terms of water resistance, thermal shock resistance, etc., and meets the quality requirements; On the contrary, it indicates that there are performance issues that may affect durability and reliability in practical use.
